Who we are
Cascade Building Solutions is responsible for the personal information it receives about customer enquiries and building projects. Contact us using the WhatsApp button on this website or write to Unit 5, Sankey Bridges Industrial Estate, Liverpool Road, Warrington, WA5 1QQ.
Information we receive
When you enquire, we may receive your name, email address, contact number, job address, project description and photographs, plans or other files you choose to supply. Please avoid including information about other people unless needed for your enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss requirements, prepare quotations and, where agreed, arrange and deliver work. We may also use relevant records to administer customer relationships, maintain accounts, meet legal obligations and resolve queries or disputes.
Our reasons for processing
Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in running the business and handling enquiries. Optional embedded services on this website load only with your consent. Withdrawing that permission does not affect earlier lawful processing or cancel an enquiry you have already sent.
Tradify enquiry form
Our quote buttons open Cascade’s existing form on TradeHQ, provided by Tradify. The contact page can also display it as an optional embed. The embedded form stays blocked until you allow external enquiry services. Submitted details and attachments are handled through Tradify for Cascade to respond to your request. Direct links take you to the provider’s website, where its own choices and privacy terms apply. See the Tradify privacy policy.
WhatsApp and other providers
WhatsApp links open a separate service; nothing is sent as a message until you choose to send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply there. Website hosting providers process technical requests needed to serve the site. Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts and receives technical connection information when the fonts are requested.
Sharing and overseas processing
Relevant information may be processed by providers supporting enquiries, communications, website hosting and business administration, or disclosed where legally required. Provider processing locations may include countries outside the UK; consult the linked provider notices for details of their locations and safeguards. You can contact Cascade with questions about information it holds or shares.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and project records are kept according to their purpose: whether a quotation remains active, a customer relationship continues, and whether accounting, warranty, legal or dispute requirements apply. Contact Cascade to ask about the retention of a particular enquiry or record. This website does not store enquiry submissions in a separate website database.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact Cascade to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies and browser storage
We store your privacy choice in this browser under cascade_privacy_v1 for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. It records whether you allow the embedded enquiry service and when you chose. This preference storage is necessary to remember your choice. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
The optional Tradify embed may use provider cookies, storage and security services when enabled. Their duration and operation are controlled by the provider. We have not added advertising cookies or visitor analytics to this website.
Change your choice
Use at any time to allow or block the embedded form. Rejecting optional services keeps the website usable, with direct enquiry and WhatsApp links available. Blocking an embed stops further loading here; it cannot remove cookies already set on the provider’s own domain. You can clear those through your browser settings.
